Meat Cooking Times

Beef Steak (1" thick):
• Rare: 4-5 min per side
• Medium: 6-7 min per side
• Well Done: 8-10 min per side
Chicken Breast:
• 6-8 oz: 6-8 min per side
• Internal temp: 165°F
Pork Chop (1" thick):
• 4-5 min per side
• Internal temp: 145°F

Baking Times

Bread Loaf:
• 350°F: 45-60 minutes
• Internal temp: 190-200°F
Cookies:
• 350°F: 8-12 minutes
• Watch for golden edges
Cake Layer (9"):
• 350°F: 25-35 minutes
• Toothpick should come clean

Resting Times

Cooked Meat:
• Steak: 5-10 minutes
• Roast: 15-30 minutes
• Chicken: 5-10 minutes
Dough:
• After kneading: 10-15 min
• Before baking: 30-60 min
• Final proof: 45-90 min
Batter:
